Shipping policy

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST will begin processing the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your total delivery time = processing time + transit time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped (not when it's placed). Actual delivery times may vary based on location and carrier conditions.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.
If tracking shows no updates for 7+ business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll file a carrier claim and send a replacement or issue a full refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days or the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us at support@roundbol.com. We'll file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize your address is wrong after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@roundbol.com. We can update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier service disruptions
- Weather or natural disasters
- High-volume shipping periods (holidays)
- Events beyond our control
