Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Roundbol purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All components must be included (stakes, game pieces, carrying bag, instructions)
- Items must be in original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns.
Non-returnable items
- Products that have been used, played with, or show signs of wear
- Products with missing components
- Products returned after the 30-day window
- Products damaged through misuse, abuse, or improper storage
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged in shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right — no questions asked.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We will cover return shipping for defective or damaged items. Once we confirm the issue, we'll send a prepaid return label and either:
- Ship a free replacement, or
- Issue a full refund (your choice)
For manufacturing defects discovered after 7 days but within 90 days of delivery, see the warranty section in our Terms of Service.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@roundbol.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 48 hours with return instructions and a return authorization
- Ship the item back to the address we provide (do not ship returns without authorization)
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund
Please do not ship returns to our business address without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
- Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective or damaged items, where we refund the full order amount including the $9.99 shipping fee)
Exchanges
Since we currently offer a single product, exchanges for a different item aren't available. If your product arrived defective or damaged, we'll send a replacement at no cost (see "Defective or Damaged Items" above). For all other cases, we process returns as refunds.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@roundbol.com. We can cancel orders that haven't entered processing yet. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return instead.
