What's included in the Roundbol Game Set?
The full game set includes two collapsible round goals, a ball, cones, stakes, a carry bag, and a quick-start guide. Everything you need to play — just add players.
How many people can play?
Roundbol plays 2–8 players. It works great as 1v1, 2v2, or 3v3. Bigger groups can rotate in between rounds.
How long does setup take?
About 3 minutes. The goals are collapsible and pop into shape quickly. Stake them into sand or soft dirt, set your cones, and you're playing.
What surfaces can I play on?
Any flat outdoor surface — grass, sand, dirt, or a field. Stakes must go into soft ground only. Do not use stakes on concrete, asphalt, artificial turf, or packed/frozen ground.
Is Roundbol safe for kids?
Yes — it's a great family game. We recommend adult supervision for players under 18, and all players should follow the setup and safety instructions included in the set.
Where can I find the rules?
A quick-start guide is included in every game set. You can also find the full rules on our Rules page. Most people learn the game in under two minutes.
ORDERS
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $9.99 on all US orders.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. We're working on it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't entered processing, we can update the address or cancel it. Once it's shipped, we can't make changes — but you can start a return. Email us at support@roundbol.com as soon as possible.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@roundbol.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll send a prepaid return label and ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all components. Customers are responsible for return shipping on standard returns. Read the full Return & Refund Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post it.
What if my product is defective?
We cover return shipping for defective or damaged items. Contact us with your order number and photos, and we'll send a prepaid label plus a free replacement or full refund. Our products are also covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
